Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Time:

Our standard processing time is 2-3 business days.  For items not in stock that need to be crafted, please allow 10-15 business days.  Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 1-5 days within Greece
  • 4-9 days within Europe
  • 10-16 days for Rest of World

If you need your jewelry sooner, please contact us before ordering, and we will offer you alternative Express delivery options.  Express shipping may incur additional cost.

 Shipping Cost:

Greece:

  • We offer free shipping for orders above €80.
  • For orders below €80, shipping is: 
    • Within Attica: €2,70
    • Rest of Greece: €3,00 

 Europe:

  • We offer free shipping for orders above €250.
  • For orders below €250, shipping is €6,00 with ELTA Courier.

Rest of the world:

  • We offer free shipping for orders above €250.
  • For orders below €250, shipping is €9,00 with ELTA Courier.

Please note:

  • The stated amounts may fluctuate depending on the pricing policy of the cooperating company and if the client requests expedited delivery.  The total amount shall be added at the Shopping Cart, before payment.
  • Delivery within the EU is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, for outside the EU, customs duties may apply. We have no control over possible additional charges or inspections.

Free shipping for orders above €80 only applies for shipments within Greece. 

For shipments outside Greece, free shipping is applicable for orders above €250.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you absolutely adore your Amarélia piece. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns on unworn jewelry in its original packaging within 15 days of the shipping receipt date.

You may choose:

  • A replacement with another piece of equal or higher value,
  • Or a credit voucher valid for two months.

Please note that refunds are not offered.

How to Request a Return

Before sending any items back, please contact us at info@amareliajewelry.com with:

  • Your electronic order number,
  • And the reason for your return.

We will respond by email with the next steps.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 Kindly note that custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned.
