At Amarélia, we stand by the craftsmanship of every piece we create. That’s why we offer a 6-month guarantee to repair any damage or plating wear that may occur under normal use.

This includes:

Repairs for breakage or damage,
Replating if needed,
And general fixes to help keep your jewelry as beautiful as the day you received it.

If something goes wrong, simply contact us at info@amareliajewelry.com with a photo of the issue and your order number—we will guide you through the process. Repairs under this guarantee are free of charge, though shipping costs may apply.

Please note: Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper care, excessive force, or prolonged exposure to water (including swimming, showering, or sea water). We recommend following our Jewelry Care guidelines to keep your piece shining for years to come.

Keep Away from Water & Chemicals

Please remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or using household cleaning products. Prolonged exposure to water, salt, chlorine, or chemicals can cause plating to wear or tarnish more quickly.

Store Thoughtfully

When not in use, store your jewelry in its original box or a soft pouch to avoid scratches and minimize exposure to air and humidity. Keeping pieces separate will prevent tangling and surface damage.

Handle with Gentle Love

Put on your jewelry after applying perfume, lotion, or hair products, as these can affect the finish over time. Avoid wearing your pieces during heavy manual work or activities where they might get knocked or scratched.

Cleaning Your Jewelry

To clean your jewelry, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. For sterling silver pieces, an occasional polish with a silver polishing cloth will help maintain their shine. Please avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.

For Plated Jewelry

Plated pieces (22K gold, rose gold, or sterling silver-plated) are particularly delicate. Handle them with care to maintain their finish.
